Alldocube X Pad Tablet Unveiled with Dimensity 900 Soc and Android 13 OS
Alldocube touts the tablet to rival the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Pad, realms Pad X, and more.
After weeks of teasing the tablet online, Alldocube has finally unveiled the X Pad tablet, featuring a 2K display and running on Android 13 out-of-the-box. Powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, this budget-friendly Android tablet is set to compete well in the domain.
Alldocube X Pad has been showcased in a few official teasers, though no global launch date is available yet. But much of the tablet’s specs are already revealed.
Alldocube X Pad features an 11-inch IPS screen boasting a resolution of 2176 * 1600 pixels, brightness, and HDR support. Moreover, In-Cell full lamination process ensures an ultra-slim device while enhancing image clarity and color reproduction thanks to the wide NTSC color gamut of 85% and contrast ratio of 1500:1.
When compared to the Chuwi HiPad Plus, the X Pad emerges as a more powerful device with its Dimensity 900 chipset. Crafted through a 6nm fabrication process, this chipset is equipped with two ARM Cortex-A78 cores running at 2.4GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores @2GHz and an exceptionally quick Mali-G68 MP4 GPU clocked at 900MHz.
The Alldocube X Pad comes equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable flash storage through a MicroSD card slot. Additionally, it features the latest Wi-Fi 6 connection, GPS navigation integration, and Bluetooth 5.2 technology for quick transfers between devices. When you purchase this tablet internationally, you’ll receive Android 13 right out of the box; however, if buying in China it will come preloaded with Android 12.
Concerning the battery, the X Pad is backed by an 8000mAh battery and intelligent Dimensity 900 energy-saving technology. It supports 18W PE+ fast charging. There is no word regarding the camera specs of the tablet, but we will get to know about it soon.
Alldocube X Pad: Pricing and Availability
The X Pad will be up for grabs in China for 1,199 yuan ( approx. $174) and will be available directly through Alldocube. Though the exact date of its release in other countries remains unknown at this time, it’s anticipated that its budget-friendly cost will make it a lucrative option for international buyers looking to purchase the tablet.
According to the official Alldocube blog, the X Pad is poised to challenge popular tablets such as Xiaomi Redmi Pad, realme Pad X, OPPO Pad Air, Lenovo Xiaoxin Plus 2023, Honor Pad 8, and Blackview Tab 15. It would be interesting to see how these claims will stand up when reviews begin rolling in.
