Xiaomi Pad 6 Gets Official Confirmation from Xiaomi, Expected to Launch Soon
Xiaomi Pad 6 receives official confirmation in China. IMDA certification hints at global launch.

It’s finally happening! Xiaomi is about to launch its much-awaited Xiaomi Pad 6 series. There have been no announcements yet regarding its exact date of launch but with reports confirming that production for the stylus and keyboard for the device has already begun, it won’t be long now before we’re able to get our hands on it. One of Xiaomi’s officials has recently confirmed the news of this upcoming release.
The president of China’s Xiaomi Business Group confirmed that the launch of their new Pad 6 series was imminent in response to a comment on one of his Weibo posts. He enthusiastically declared, “Xiaomi Pad 6 is indeed coming soon!” The two models from this highly anticipated lineup; the Xiaomi Pad 6 and its Pro version, both promise an impressive range of capabilities.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 offers a fantastic value. Even though it's quite affordable, it offers tons of flagship features like a metal body, a pretty 144Hz display, powerful hardware, and up-to-date software. You can get it with a keyboard and pen - however, some features like a fingerprint scanner are missing.
Xiaomi Pad 6 Gets IMDA Certification, Global Launch Imminent
The Xiaomi Pad 6 has been a hot topic on the internet for months and we may also see its debut in international markets – however, nothing official has been declared as of yet. We wait with anticipation; although recently something else noteworthy occurred: It was spotted on the IMDA website which leads us to believe an international launch might not be far away! The IMDA certification has been granted to Xiaomi Pad 6, with the model number 23043RP34G, signaling a much-anticipated global launch.

The well-known leakster Digital Chat Station uncovered that the upcoming Xiaomi flagship tablets would be backed by either MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 or Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. But, it appears that the base model of the Mi Pad 6 will feature an improved version – the Snapdragon 870 instead of its predecessor (the Snapdragon 860) in the earlier Pad 5 model.
Similarly, rumors are circulating about a potential upgrade for an even higher-end tablet; possibly to include a more powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset as per past trends with previous models.

Moreover, the Xiaomi Pad 6 series could feature enhanced displays with resolutions of up to 2.8K or 3K surpassing even the impressive 2.5K screens found in its predecessor – The Pad 5 series. Leaks of the soon-to-be-released Mi Pad 6 have given us an exciting sneak peek at its features and design.
Exhibiting a modern, full-screen display with a 2880×1800p resolution and 120Hz/144Hz refresh rate, this tablet might provide users with immersive visuals. Moreover, it is reported to be equipped with a 10,000mAh dual cell battery which supports lightning-fast 67W charging – perfect for those on the move.
