Oppo Pad 2 Goes Official with 11.6-inch Display & Dimensity 9000 Chipset
After a slew of leaks, Oppo Pad 2 officially debuted in China and looks strikingly similar to OnePlus Pad.

Oppo has debuted their new tablet, the Oppo Pad 2, as a successor to both their original Oppo Pad and the Air variant. The Android based device launched in China but may receive a global release later.
While similar in appearance to the OnePlus pad; the Oppo Pad 2 was released along with two other devices – The Find X6 Pro and Find X6 smartphones. Oppo’s newest tablet debut is set to challenge the likes of Huawei and Xiaomi in their own backyard.
Pricing and Availability
The Oppo Pad 2 will be available in China come March 24th with a starting price of CNY 2,999 (approximately $416) for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage version. Furthermore, two other models are currently accessible – 12GB RAM/256GB storage and 12GB RAM/512 GB Storage at respective prices of CNY 3,399 (roughly $495) and CNY 3,999 (around $582). It comes in Nebula Gray and Feather Gold color variants.

Oppo Pad 2 Specifications
As mentioned in the previous leaks, the Oppo Pad 2 sports a similar design as the OnePlus Pad with its central camera module on the back. It’s worth mentioning that this round camera setup even has an LED flash, which several other brands choose to omit. The new tablet is compatible with Oppo Pencil 2 (sold separately) offering an ultra-low latency of 2ms, along with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity.
Boasting a wide-screen 11.61 inch 2.8K (1,800 x 2,880 pixels) LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz and narrow bezels to prevent unwanted touches. With Dolby Vision technology integrated into its display you can enjoy enhanced picture quality on streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video. Additionally, the 7:5 aspect ratio is a noteworthy detail for multitasking as it provides more space to view vertical content.
Outfitted with ColorOS for Pad 13 based on Android 13, the Oppo Pad 2 is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 SoC. Unfortunately, there is no clarity regarding how long this device will receive major Android updates from Oppo. It is available in 128GB/256GB/512GB UF3 3.1 storage capacity and 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM, depending on the variant you choose.
The back of this device packs a strong 13MP wide-angle lens, while the front houses an 8MP sensor for selfies. But that’s not all – it comes with Face Unlock feature as well.
The Oppo Pad 2 is equipped with a powerful 9,510mAh battery and 67W Super Flash Charge capability. It is slightly heavier than the previous generation pad at 552 grams, however it offers a range of connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and up to 512GB UF3 3.1 storage capacity and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM.
