Realme Pad 2 Launched With 11.5-inch 2K Display, 33W Fast Charging
Realme Pad 2 goes official in India at affordable pricing.

After a slew of rumours and leaks, Realme has finally launched the Realme Pad 2 in India. The tablet will be available for purchase from the first week of August on Flipkart and Realme’s official website. It boasts features such as a 120Hz refresh rate display, a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, up to 8GB RAM, and an 8,360mAh battery that supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The tablet comes in two variants for RAM and storage. Realme touts that the tablet can provide up to 17 hours of video streaming backup.
Realme Pad 2 Pricing
Realme Pad 2 comes in two models with different memory and storage capacities. The prices for the base variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage are INR 19,999 (US$243) and for the premium variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage are INR 22,999 (US$280). The tablet will be available for pre-order from July 26 and will go on sale from August 1. Both models have LTE capabilities, and there is no Wi-Fi-only version yet. The tablet is available in Imagination Grey and Inspiration Green color options.
Specifications
The Realme Pad 2 has an 11.5-inch display with 2K (200X1200 pixels) resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz and can dynamically change its refresh rate between 40 Hz/60 Hz/120 Hz. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 85.2 percent and a peak brightness of 450 nits. Other display features include Blue-light protection, DC Dimming, and an O1 ultra-vision engine for high-end picture quality. The tablet also has a “Reading Mode” that mimics the appearance of an e-ink display to lessen eye fatigue.

It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. There is also a dynamic RAM expansion feature that can increase the total RAM to 16GB, as per Realme’s website. Realme Pad 2 comes with a circular module on the back panel that houses an 8-megapixel AI rear camera sensor and an 8-megapixel camera on the front as well. The rear camera supports text scanning features. Realme’s website currently does not provide any details about the storage expansion capacity, but the good news is that the tablet does come with a microSD card slot.
The tablet has an 8,360mAh battery, which can provide up to 17 hours of video playback and up to 190 hours of music playback. Realme Pad 2 supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging and comes with dual stereo speakers that have been enhanced by Dolby Atmos technology. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth 5.3.
The new Realme Pad 2 runs Relame UI 4.0 out-of-the-box and comes with software features like multi-screen collaboration, screen mirroring, dual windows, split-screen, and a smart sidebar.
