Alldocube iPlay10 Pro: The Basics
Starting from the front, you will find a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels that is surrounded by relatively thin bezels. The company hasn’t compromised on the software side of the tablet either and offers the latest Android 9 Pie OS out-of-the-box. With that, you also get a 5MP camera on the back and a 2MP unit on the front for basic photography.
Weighing about 510 grams or 1.12lb, the iPlay10 Pro packs a 6600mAh battery which warrants a thorough review for a final statement. Alldocube went for a quad-core processor from MediaTek’s entry-level series which is supported by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. You also have the option to expand the storage by up to 128GB, which should be more than enough for most users.
Even though the tablet is meant for media consumption, its features allow for some productivity use as well. Aside from the micro USB port for charging and data syncing, a micro HDMI port is also included for you to connect to a larger screen for presentations in office or even at home to mirror the tablet screen on a TV. Its 3.5mm headphone jack makes connecting wired audio accessories effortless.
Feature-Packed on a Budget
Tablets targeted at home users are mostly used as media devices and this device does exactly that. It has a large display that is great for watching your favorite show or film on Netflix, plus, it also has an eye protection mode. A pair of stereo speakers further complement the screen by offering a better entertainment experience on this portable gadget. Like previously said, the included micro HDMI port allows you to connect it to a TV to watch the same video on a larger screen.

Price & Availability
The Alldocube is already up for sale in China and can be shipped outside the Asian market via online stores like Gearbest. Most of the western countries, including the United States and those in Europe are covered by the store for quick delivery, while you can also check for your specific nation. The tablet has an MRP of $160.75, which itself is a fair asking price, but you can get the device for as low as $109.99.
Alldocube iPlay10 Pro Alternatives
In a similar price range, there are a handful of tablets bearing 8-inch displays that can prove to be great alternatives to the Alldocube iPlay10 Pro. If entertainment is your primary objective then the Amazon Fire HD 8 2018 (review) can be a fitting alternative that comes with support for a host of major streaming services. Besides this, you can even go for Chuwi Hi8 Se (review) which will also save you a few bucks, while the Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite 8 offers better internals for a slightly higher price tag. On the other hand, if you definitely want that large 10-inch display, then the Lenovo Tab E10 (review) costing $130 can be your option.
