Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE Design Renders Leaked Ahead of Launch
Tab S9 FE may launch with a “plus variant” this year. Check out the leaked renders.
Samsung is all set to launch a fleet of its new tablets later this month. However, ahead of the launch @OnLeaks has revealed the first design renders of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus tablets. These new tablets are the successors of the Tab S7 FE that was unveiled in 2021. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet has been highly anticipated since it was spotted in an online benchmark in April.
As per the latest reports, Samsung is planning to release a new Fan Edition Android tablet called the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE. A Plus-sized version may also be released later this year. Although Samsung has not provided any official information about the launch of the Tab S9 FE series yet, design renders of the tablet have been leaked online. A recent leak by tipster OnLeaks and Media Peanut has revealed the design of the tablet from all angles. Samsung is hosting an Unpacked event on July 26, where it is expected to announce several new products, including foldable phones.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE is expected to be a mid-range Android tablet with minor improvements compared to its predecessor. Design renders and specifications leaked by tipster OnLeaks and Media Peanut reveal a flat frame design with rounded corners and a completely flat rear panel.
As per the report, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE is expected to have dimensions of approximately 254.3 x 165.8 x 6.7mm and be equipped with an Exynos 1380 SoC. Samsung is likely to release the tablet with a minimum of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The tablet is also anticipated to run One UI 5.1 on top of Android 13.
The back of the device features a magnetic strip located below the camera sensor ring. The design renders do not show an LED flash module. Additionally, unlike the Plus-sized version, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE only has one rear camera instead of a dual-camera setup.
is currently no information available on whether the Samsung Tab S9 FE will come with an IPS LCD or OLED display, even though it will have a 10.9-inch screen. Given that it is a mid-range Android tablet, it will likely include an IPS LCD panel. The tablet has noticeable bezels on all four sides, and the front-facing camera is placed in the center of the longer bezel on the right-hand side.
It is uncertain if the magnetic strip will be visible or hidden as the renders may have been made with leaked case dimensions. But the tablet appears to have a more modern design in contrast to the older Galaxy Tab S7 FE.
Additionally, the tablet will have a fingerprint scanner located on the side, a smart connector, and two speakers. The USB Type-C port is visible at the bottom, while the right edge houses the volume rocker and power button.
We will soon have all the official information about Samsung’s upcoming tablets. Stay tuned with us!
