Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite With S Pen: Is This How It Looks Like?
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will come with the S Pen stylus and will likely replace the mid-range Tab S5e from last year. This is the leaked render.

The current premium line of tablets from Samsung comprises of the latest flagship Galaxy Tab S6 (review) and the mid-range Tab S5e (review). With the latter turning one next month, Samsung is feeling the need to replace it with a worthy follow-up that will embrace the new premium branding. Reports suggest that the company is working on a mid-tier tablet called the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, which also appeared in a high-res render recently.
Based on the render posted by Android Headlines, the upcoming Samsung mid-ranger will have narrow bezels surrounding its display, much like the Galaxy Tab S6 and S5e. The Tab S6 Lite is expected to come bundled with the S Pen stylus, which the S5e doesn’t support. In the leaked render, the tablet can be seen alongside a cylindrical stylus and not the redesigned one Samsung ships with its high-end model. The report speculates that the stylus may support wireless charging, by possibly sticking to the tablet’s side, but that cannot be said for sure.
SamMobile could separately secure some specifications of the unannounced tablet, including its processor and memory configuration. According to its learning, the Tab S6 Lite should be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 9611 chip, also found inside the mid-range Galaxy A51 handset. It will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of onboard storage, which will likely be expandable. Its Wi-Fi-only model will bear the SM-P610 model number, while the LTE variant will have the SM-P615 number, in the typical Samsung fashion.

Both reports suggest that the tablet will come preinstalled with Android 10-based One UI 2.1, which debuted with the recently released Galaxy S20 series. Android Headlines notes that Samsung could make the device official in the coming weeks, though no precise timeline was given. The Galaxy Tab S5e came out in March last year, so the Tab S6 Lite imminent launch around March or April makes sense.
